The AI Accelerator is a 2-day, in-person working workshop for MSP owners and executive leaders. You will design a real AI practice for your MSP, including what to sell, how to deliver it, and how to use AI internally to protect margins, drive growth, and increase enterprise value.

You can attend either day independently. All sessions are recorded and available in our LMS the day after the event, so you will not miss the content. Attending both days gives you the full strategy-to-execution experience.
Even better. This program is ideal for MSPs already experimenting with AI. You will pressure-test your current approach, compare it against proven frameworks, get peer feedback, and uncover gaps or missed opportunities. Many attendees come to sharpen and scale what they are already doing.
No. This is a working session. Every block includes hands-on time where you will build your AI offers, pricing, target client profile, automation roadmap, and AI policy in real time. Facilitators and peers are there to guide, challenge, and refine your work.
Welcome back. This in-person experience builds on what you learned with new content, deeper execution, and the added value of live collaboration. Many alumni say the in-room work accelerates clarity, confidence, and momentum. We are also exploring peer mentor roles for past attendees.

We also share what is working inside IT By Design as we build and deploy AI systems ourselves. This gives you continuous access to fresh ideas, proven workflows, and practical examples you can apply immediately.
