Brad Schow is the VP of Consulting Services for ConnectWise. Prior to joining the ConnectWise staff, Schow has served as a peer coach and business consultant at HTG for more than five years. Before joining HTG, he spent 20 years growing a solutions and managed service provider business. His path of technician, service leader, operations leader, president and partner has given him a unique perspective that allows him to relate to a broad spectrum of business challenges. He credits much of the success to the peer group experience and the relationships that grew out of HTG. He loves investing in people, thinking ahead, building teams and helping others find success.

Chris is the Managing Partner of SAGE Advisors, a Consulting firm. Chris and his team help companies solve complex business challenges and improve operational efficiency.

Prior to SAGE, Chris was a Senior Business Consultant for ConnectWise where he was an integral part of the consulting team by driving customer education efforts. His work informed their network of technology-driven partners and delivered the personalized education and support that helped their partners grow further, and faster. Chris has been a ConnectWise certified professional since 2013.

Starting in 2008, and for over three years, Chris was a consultant with the Taylor Business Group. He worked closely with VARs, IT Solution Providers, Managed Service Providers, and System Integrators, assisting these companies as they streamlined operations in order to increase profitability to the bottom line.

Rex Frank is President of Sea-Level Operations, LLC. He founded the company in 2010 with the core purpose to “Coach IT Managed Service Providers on achieving operational excellence.”

Rex has over 23 years industry experience in IT Service Delivery and over 18 years specializing in delivering Managed Services.

He spent 19 years teamed up with Oli Thordarson as the Chief Technology Officer at Alvaka Networks in Irvine, CA. He joined Alvaka in 1988 as a Computer Technician and quickly began supporting early Novell networks. He became the Service Manager in 1992 and began developing a network monitoring service in 1994. Alvaka won the Solutions Integrator Magazine award for The Best Remote Management Solution in 1999.

Adam Slutskin has interviewed thousands and hired hundreds of sales, marketing, & sales operations colleagues while leading revenue teams that have closed hundreds of millions of dollars in business. He is an extremely passionate leader who still believes that one person can make a dramatic impact. Adam believes in leading by example – never ask someone to do something that you won’t do yourself. He also strongly believes that his experience in the U.S. Air Force / Military has made him a better leader in his civilian career. Paul Cissel is responsible for identification and assessment of new partners as a part of Onepath’s overall acquisition strategy. He has over 35 years in the IT business in a number of roles, including executive leadership positions at Phoenix Network and Choice One.

Most recently, Paul was co-founder and CEO of Internet & Telephone prior to its acquisition by Onepath. Paul has a BS in Biology and Chemistry from Randolph-Macon College and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Shawn Walsh is the former CEO of Paradigm Computer Consulting, Inc. An MSP that he grew to have locations in NH, RI, FL, and OH. He exited Paradigm after an acquisition by a national IT services company. Additionally, he serves in the Maryland Air National Guard as a Cyber Warfare Operator. As an author, I have published one book, a newsletter, multiple blogs, technical articles for national magazines, and ongoing leadership articles for a regional magazine. Matt Solomon is an experienced sales professional with over 13 years in B2B, B2C and B2G environments. Past sales experience includes copyright, licensing, research and government consulting and advisory services. Matt joined ID Agent, Dark Web monitoring and alerting provider, with a wealth of experience working with large law firms, government contractors, non-profits and Fortune 500 organizations. He currently leads ID Agent’s channel sales team, working with managed services providers, channel partners and strategic partners.

Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Towson University and a master’s degree from the University of Maryland-University College. He is also a member of PULSE DC, the young professionals’ group of the American Heart Association’s Greater Washington Region where he previously served as president for two years.
