Senior VMWare and SAN Engineer

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate must be able to effectively communicate with US clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of communicating clearly and concisely technical concepts to end users in the US
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with emphasis on customer satisfaction
• Ability to interface with external clients both on-site and via telephone. Must be customer service oriented!!
• Experience working with a ticketing system, tracking work done in hours and completing work according to set schedules
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 4 year College degree, preferably a B.S in a technical science or equivalent experience
• VMware Certification and MCP or MCSE REQUIRED
• 5-7 years experience in administering an enterprise level environment

Qualifications:

• Valid B1 or H1B visa to the US is a plus
