Sunny Kaila
(President)

Sunny is the President of IT By Design and began the company in 1998. With years of industry experience and training, Sunny is the visionary behind IT by Design. His personal management of the entire Engineering division ensures that quality service and expertise is never compromised. He is responsible for the development and training of all engineers, and is the driving force behind IT by Designs international development.

Sunny is a Graduate of NJIT with a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering and was repeatedly on the National Dean’s list. He has received numerous industry awards and is a member of ICCA, ASCII, and BNI.

Kam Attwal
(Managing Director)

Kam Attwal is the Managing Director of IT By Design, and has been with the company since 2000. She is responsible for the management of the corporate office, along with the development of ITBD branch offices both nationally and internationally. Her management experience, along with over 10 years of IT knowledge, helps to direct the growth and development of the ITBD name worldwide.

Kam has a double Masters Degree from both Rutgers University and the New Jersey Institute of Technology. She has been a respected professor at both Rutgers University and Hudson County College. She is a member, and leader, of numerous industry associations and has received numerous awards and was recognized for her presidency of the top grossing Chapter in Manhattan in 2008.
