Intern, Desktop Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide first level support for Desktop Computing, Networking, Exchange, Blackberry related environments

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems - Windows NT/2000/XP
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong willingness to develop a working knowledge of Windows/Intel computing and networking environments
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN connectivity including routers, switches, hubs, network cards, and dial up networking
• Basic Understanding of Active Directory/Group Policies
• 3.5 GPA or better in a computer related field Pluses include:
  • Citrix
  • ACSA (Apple Certified System Administrator) a plus.
  • MSCDT a plus
  • MCSE a plus
  • A+ a plus
  • CCNA a plus
• Experience with project planning and root cause analysis
• Experience within a complex technical environment and infrastructure management.
• Pluses include Certification/s in the following areas:
  • Citrix
  • ACSA (Apple Certified System Administrator)
  • MSCDT / MCSE / A+ / CCNA
