Senior Data Center

Principal Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with IT staff and management to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of in-house computer network, servers, and related components to meet corporate objectives.
  • Manage all storage area networks (SANs) including site to site replication.
  • Manage all servers, including hypervisors, file, print, backup, e-mail, database, utility, and application servers and their associated operating systems and software.
  • Manage all security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, VPNs, and IDS/IPS, SEIM, email and web content filtering systems. Make recommendations and implement approved policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure system security.
  • Manage all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, and wireless access points.

  • Perform network design and capacity planning with input from IT and executive management.

Strategic Sales Director

We are growing and creating a new division of our company. The Strategic Sales Director's primary responsibility is to expand and develop a defined portfolio of accounts in a profitable manner by finding staffing opportunities and ensuring delivery of contract and permanent labor for ITBD. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • The Strategic Sales Director will be responsible for selling ITBD’s Staffing and MSP services, networking with key Category Managers. Targeting Fortune 1,000 & 5,000 companies. Research, identify and target procurement, human resources, diversity and financial professionals utilizing various sales approaches including social media campaigns, telesales, and networking events.
  • Capitalize on inter-company lead generation by collaborating with marketing to identify leads for additional locations, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies from all new ITBD clients. Identify new business opportunities, prepare RFP’s, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
  • Attend networking, diversity, and procurement events to market services offered.

Backup Administrator

Innovations Technology is seeking a Systems Administrator Backup to support the Information Systems & Technology division. Systems Administrator Backup will work with our customer base as well as internal departments to implement and manage backups, perform data restores, resolve backup and restore issues including escalation to the appropriate group/vendor, provide hardware, software, network installation and problem resolution support for the data center and infrastructure equipment.

  • Achieves and maintain a positive rapport with prospects and work to give them the best possible service
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company
  • Properly enter all sales leads and prospects into ConnectWise in a timely manner
  • Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities in ConnectWise and remain compliant with defined policies and procedures
  • Work through a daily list of sales activities in ConnectWise
  • Communicate and report sales forecasts to the Outside Sales Team
  • Effectively research leads which will be used to prospect and qualify new sales appointments

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
  • Review IT publications and online materials to remain up-to-date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry
  • Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as it occurs
  • Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University
  • Enter all work as activities or service tickets into ConnectWise

  • Inside sales experience with selling any of the following: IT services and products, managed IT services, or IT consulting
  • Possess a track record of prospecting, qualifying, and managing customer commitment as a part of the sales process
  • Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationships
  • Proficient with general office applications
  • Enjoy working with customers and external audiences
  • High energy and drive with good negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Skill in preparing written communications and materials
  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
